The hotel l'Albatros is situated in ideal surroundings, inbetween beach and forest on the southern point of the island, near the great beach of Saint-Trojan-les-Bains.

The restaurant of l'Albatros only uses fresh products from the sea that come mainly from the port of la Cotinière. Oysters, "mouclade charentaise" (Charente mussels speciality) and other home made specialities are available in the pleasant atmosphere of the dining room.
